notice. A change in price will not normally affect an order that MAMS
has already accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical,
typographical or system error, MAMS may contact you before dispatch and
provide the option to:

• Cancel the affected product or order and receive a full refund

MAMS will not collect an additional amount without your knowledge and
agreement.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

Where MAMS cancels a prepaid order, the amount received for the cancelled
product or order will be refunded through the applicable payment method

• Cash on Delivery, where available

Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways, banks or
financial-service providers.

MAMS does not generally receive or store your complete card number,
CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or other confidential payment
credentials.

You agree not to use a stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment

MAMS is not responsible for a payment failure caused solely by your
bank, payment provider, network interruption or incorrect payment
information. MAMS will provide reasonable assistance where payment has
been debited but the order has not been confirmed.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, order
values and delivery locations.

MAMS may request confirmation of a Cash on Delivery order through
telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or OTP before dispatch.

MAMS may restrict Cash on Delivery for accounts or addresses associated
with repeated refusal, fraudulent activity, incorrect information or
unsuccessful delivery attempts.

12. Shipping and Delivery

MAMS delivers to serviceable addresses across India through third-party
courier and logistics providers.

Delivery estimates displayed on the website or communicated after an
order are approximate and may be affected by:

lawfully be agreed, the competent courts in Malappuram District, Kerala,
will have jurisdiction.

a consumer commission or other competent authority having jurisdiction.
